Hi to all you Cafe World fans. I love the game and as I start this blog I am at Level 28 and learning as I go. I have also found some hints which may help you.
Setting out of tables can assist you to move faster through the levels, if you make a line of tables right across the room, with stoves and counters at the top, leaving room for chef and employees to move, you will find they will load and clear the food plates just by nodding, no walking to customers tables required, if the staff aren't in the cooking area, try refreshing the room, if they are still not at the stoves and counters try rearranging and giving a little more space. Check my image below.

My other hint is a time out one. You can go to customize and drag
the door or doors of the room down into your inventory, to stop customers coming into room, or block the door with a table etc.
This gives you a chance to fill your counters without food disappearing.
The food on the counters stay fresh, you won't loose any while doors are blocked or removed. The food on the stoves will still spoil if not send to the counters so watch the timing. The buzz rating remains the same as it was when you closed room so you can leave the room shut over night while you cook up all the longer stuff 8 - 24 hour stuff and keep a higher rating.
